Dual Can pass trough with data modifications

Hello,

What is the best way to use 2 can interface (using socketcan) i.e. can0 and can1 and do some kind of forwarding between 2 ports.
For example data from can0 go to can1, with visualization in Savvycan interface (kind of man in the middle) and eventually with data modification, for example if data from can0 has ID 0x123, either filter it and block it from going to port can1 or modify data D0 and pass it to can1.
Pass trough should be bidirectional, data from can1 going to can0.

What is the best way, by scripting?
