I cant get it to connect or seems its not powering up.
Tried reset and nothing.

Did you try using the binary installer to put M2RET onto your board?

You should be able to download the file I linked to, extract the files within, plug your M2 into the PC, and run the proper script for your operating system. Windows ends in .bat, OSX in .command, linux in .sh
Run the script and it should flash the firmware onto your board. Then you can unplug it and plug it back in and it should be ready to use.
